Plot summary: Journalist visits ultra-modern city of drones controlled by a computer.
Biased, pithy comments: This movie is very, very clearly French. It's also pretty clearly 60s, and is chock-full of warnings about computers and their implacable logic and how this will bring about the end of artistry. This Orwellian future is pretty much a defunct global fear which makes this less grim than it should be. Some neat work, but as a whole dated and somewhat slow.
