Wolff rating: (well-deserved) NIGHTMARE
Plot summary: Catch this brand new idea---a computer game becomes self-aware and homicidal.
Biased, pithy comments: "We rented this stairway, we're gonna film it, dammit!" Great lines like "DNA molecule---it must be a fractal", henious sound quality, and repeated mediocre computer graphics ruin an otherwise slow, mindless movie. Delancie is using his ``annoying Q'' act in this, but has no real part in the movie and is just around for the name and scenery. If you look away for a minute to blow your nose, you'll miss him.
Other Notes: This director was also responsible for ``Alien from L.A.'' Good Lord man, stop making movies.
