Wolff rating: NOT BAD
Plot summary: LAPD helicopter pilot gets involved with a new anti-riot copter promoted by some shady people.
Biased, pithy comments: When I first saw this movie as a 5th grader, it seemed full of action and thrill, but the action genre in general has matured to such a point that this movie ends up looking dated and a little simplistic. Scheider is a good pre-Gibson from ``Lethal Weapon'', playing the cop on the edge, but some of the rest of the cast isn't quite as strong. A fun watch, though.
Other Notes: I have been informed that helicopters can do loops and rolls. I'd like to see video of that someday, rather than the cheap-looking fake from this film.
