Plot summary: An eerie ``documentary'' about a radical right-wing senator candidate who might be crooked.
Biased, pithy comments: Robbins has made a movie that wavers between ``Spinal Tap'' and something far more sinister. Songs are wonderfully evil, Robbins is a little stretched. There are some long moments and some confusing camera work, but it still makes for thoughtful watching given the 1994 elections.
