Wolff rating: GOOD
Plot summary: A semi-crazy action hero makes a movie he doesn't know he's in.
Biased, pithy comments: It's hard to find non-raunchy, non-teen comedies these days. This is why something like this film is even more delightful than it would be anyway. Martin plays the loser/scam-artist perfectly, and Murphy has found two new personas that he can milk for laughs. It's an elegant set-up that gets funnier as it goes along, even as it has genuine enthusiasm for movies and movie-people. I suppose you could complain that it isn't fast-paced enough, but Oz and Martin are old enough comics to let some of their jokes speak for themselves (anyone notice the ``The Yugo Story'' movie poster in the background?).
