Plot summary: Psychopath stripper terrorizes a cop, his partner, and a few other people.
Biased, pithy comments: This rating of FAIR is probably a little low, since there was nothing in particular wrong with this movie, but there was nothing that stood out as really bizarre or strange, either. The psychopath's reasons for killing weren't laid out, and the few plot twists, though quite twisty, were not shocking or surprising. It passed the time pleasantly, but if seen on the big screen (or if you paid for the rental) it would probably seem remarkably forgettable.
Other Notes: Advertised on WGN as ``An Allied commander is captured by Nazis for invasion information,'' which got me hooked in the first place.
