Wolff rating: NOT BAD
Plot summary: Bad guys steal nuclear missiles and threaten the world with them, and it all comes down to one man against another.
Biased, pithy comments: A combination of good cinematography, tense acting, a few good one-liners, and a huge dead-helicopter count. Woo being very comprehensible in a sort-of Hollywood feel; it still has his touches at the editing board, and a few of his touches in the storyline, and his clumsy hand at guiding female actresses and/or writing their parts. Still, now and again you are struck by a moment or two of bad editing (it seems like this show was supposed to be longer) and strange physics. A fun watch all through, however.
