Plot summary: Strange people move in next door to a nervous man and his nervous neighbors, and they do bizarre things to investigate.
Biased, pithy comments: This is a concept movie that could have examined the inbred nature of the suburban lifestyle, but instead it has a weak premise and uninteresting characters doing largely uninteresting things. The production values are nice, and occasionally it begins to glint with insight before drifting back into mindless stupidity.
