Plot summary: No really discernable plot, but it's set after some fuzzily-defined holocaust and there are a lot of biker gangs rolling around fighting with each other and with these giant corporation flunkies who drive around Days Inn courtesy limos.
Biased, pithy comments: The acting is painful. Chong, Jones, and Catrell are completely wasted and instead the action centers around a few losers plus the author of this painful flick who is making a cameo appearance. That plus bad sound mastering and a looping time-setting makes this one a case of Deep Hurting.
