Plot summary: Ditzy gal struggles with life in Beverly Hills while trying to play matchmaker and failing.
Biased, pithy comments: Based on Jane Austin's novel ``Emma'', this is a very clever movie dressed up as a very dumb one. Where some of the trailers make you think you're going to see ``Dumb and Dumber,'' you actually get a thoughtful metaphor of the upper crust at zip code 90210 as Austin's equally airheaded upper class. I really liked it, and it made Silverstone (briefly) an A-list actress.
