Wolff rating: MOSTLY HARMLESS
Plot summary: Army of psychopaths is out to take over the world (I suppose), and one cop and one beautiful witness are all that stand in their way.
Biased, pithy comments: This would be rated much lower except for the absolutely amazing car chase about half way through the movie and some of the more daring camera work. The plot doesn't make any sense at all, and they kill off about three fourths of the psychos in each scene, but more keep showing up. Stallone is wooden, and Nielson just plain looks funny.
Other Notes: Good movie to howl at, as Rich Gilbert is wont to do at poor film.
