Devil Fish(1984)

Wolff rating: FIN-WRENCHING

Plot summary: Evil giant fish is patrolling the waves, trying to make the Everglades safer for Eurotrash.

Biased, pithy comments: Whooboy! I will say in this movie's defense, you couldn't possibly make a good film with a plot this bad. The fact that they tried, though, shows how sick they really were. There's not much to say outside of the usual MST3K bashes---it's incoherent, badly-acted, poorly dubbed, and has terrible cinematography, except that for some godawful reason, the director decided to make the numerous boring conversations more interesting by intercutting long shots of the people talkinng that have the camera prowling around behind tables, chairs, bookcases, etc. It's really bad.

Other Notes: ``Pffst. Glug glug glug glug. Pffst. Glug glug glug glug.''

How many times I have seen it: x1.5

Starring: Michael Sopkiw, Valentine Monnier, William Berger, Gianni Garko.
Directed by: Lamberto Bava
