Wolff rating: EVIL
Plot summary: Two brothers, separated at birth, fight the mob to get their rightful inheritance.
Biased, pithy comments: Van Damme can't act. This is shown richly and with great care as he struggles to differentiate the two twins in this film. The main difference seems to be that one has a cigar and one doesn't. They both have the same weird Belgian accent, though one might think that hard to pull off given that they grew up in Hong Kong. The action sequences are so unmotivated and so poorly shot that they mostly just make you wish you were watching John Woo. I kinda like Van Damme, and I couldn't finish it. Skip, skip, skip.
