Plot summary: Bad guys. Good guys. Ahnold. Boom!
Biased, pithy comments: What a good scriptwriter could do for this! Well, maybe not, because this sort of movie is so formulaic that at this point, I'm not sure one could break out of the ``Commando''-like plodding plot. The only thing that could have saved this might have been a neato technical gadget, but the EM-rifles that shoot, uh, something, plus what apparently is a stronger-than-X-ray targeting system, isn't any fun. The mobsters, led by Eldon of ``Murphy Brown'', outshine the leads in ability and delivery. Skip this, and watch ``Commando'' or ``Conan'' again.
Other Notes: Movies like this make better video games than movies.
