Wolff rating: EXCELLENT
Plot summary: Howard Stern-like radio personality finds himself somehow responsible for life of a man whose wife he inadvertantly got shot.
Biased, pithy comments: Williams is acting crazy, but this time he's really playing someone mentally off-balance. Good examination of the plight of the homeless, relationships, and accepting blame. A movie that makes you laugh but very worried at the same time.
Other Notes: ``I like New York in June. . .''
How many times I have seen it: x2
Starring: Jeff Bridges, Robin Williams
