Wolff rating: GOOD
Plot summary: Superagent 007 takes on the bad guys with much gunplay and with a few beautiful women sprinkled liberally throughout the story. This one has to do with a stolen code machine.
Biased, pithy comments: Probably the best (or nearly the best) of the Moore Bonds, there are some neat moments of skiing and one of my favorite pre-credits action sequences. One of the female leads is great (the one with the crossbow), but the ice skater is painfully reminiscent of the 70s and should be ignored. Still, the plot mostly makes sense, which is a plus for a Bond movie. See it if it's on cable, but don't clear your schedule for it.
Other Notes: Good anti-theft system. Theme song was the first Bond theme song to actually make number 1 on the charts.
How many times I have seen it: x1
Starring: Roger Moore
