Plot summary: Mobster comes to Tinsel Town to find a shirker and then meets with a sleazy producer.
Biased, pithy comments: To say more would be to ruin a great movie based on a book by Leonard Elmore. Tight, snappy dialogue, fun direction, great camerawork, and very fun acting. It seems clear that the actors are at ease with their roles (including the same ``Mr. Escobar'' from ``Clear and Present Danger''), and the screen shines with slow, easy humor. A must-see for movie buffs.
