Plot summary: Gremlins-like hand puppets escape from a film vault. This leads our heroes and heroines to chase it to a nightclub that looks like a high school cafeteria.
Biased, pithy comments: Someone somewhere saw too many "Gremlins" films and decided that he could do that. Unfortunately for him and us, he couldn't, but we see the results of his trying. The acting is atrocious, the dialog beyond painful, the plot not worthy of the name, and even the sound editing leaves us in tears most of the time. See only with the 'bots.
Other Notes: Director goes on to make a series of films called ``Vice Academy'' which appear to be low-rent nearly-porn films staring porn actresses trying to make it in the mainstream. He was on part 6 in 1998.
