Plot summary: Radioactive waste turns dead sailors into guys with bad costumes who drink the blood of young women.
Biased, pithy comments: These are some of the worst costumes I've ever seen in a movie. Even Dr. Who seems to have more class than this. Along with some bad editing, ill-mixed music (although I believe this was meant to be a musical), and a plot that just doesn't make sense in the long run makes this drive-in monster flick a must-miss. Even the queasy 60s sexuality is pathetic, not stimulating---if I see one more shot of bikini-clad women from the neck down, I'll scream. Run away, run away.
