Plot summary: Gosh, I wonder what's in this crate with the shamrock on top?
Biased, pithy comments: Tries desperately to be a decent horror movie and still have some slapstick, but the horror is too shiny and glitzy to suspend any disbelief at all. Costumes are fun, cast actually tries, but the director and totally random script kills this thing dead. Even the musical score works to save it, but can't win. ``Evil Dead'' it ain't.
Other Notes: Aniston wears the peak of late eighties mod---La Gear product placement is kitchy. Could be good ``shout at'' cult film. Thanks in credits to Veep Dan Quayle is a bit confusing. [Yes, I did write this review before Aniston made it big with ``Friends''.]
