Wolff rating: MOSTLY HARMLESS
Plot summary: Cookies are being used to ship cocaine, and two cops are out to get the bad guys; see `Lethal Weapon', which this movie spoofs.
Biased, pithy comments: National Lampoon just isn't funny enough. There are perhaps 5 or 6 minutes of movie that are knee-slappers, but even the all-star cast and all-star cameos can't hold up the show.
Other Notes: I'd be surprised if there was a `Loaded Weapon 2'.
