Plot summary: People from a broken-down future are stealing people from doomed airline flights and putting them in an even more distant future where they can reseed the human race, only someone from the 20th Century is figuring it out.
Biased, pithy comments: The acting is bad. The lavish sets are bad. The special effects are entirely unconvincing and bad. The writing is bad. Ladd is bad. Kristofferson is bad. The premise came from an interesting sci-fi short story, but it is so mangled here that it, too, is bad. Bad, bad, bad, bad.
