Plot summary: Dutch Boer settlers are heroicized into fighting the evil, gun-running British.
Biased, pithy comments: Horrifying Nazi film, this is designed to make you hate the English and shoot them without remorse. Filled with obvious racism, chauvinism, and just plain evil, this is not a movie for the faint-of-heart. It strangely chronicles concentration camps, only it's the Dutch in captivity and the English starving and killing them instead of the contemporary real-life captivity of the Jews, Gypsies and political dissidents by the Nazis. About the time British soldiers are gunning down innocent women and children in droves, littering the hillside with their bodies, you're thinking, ``Why am I watching this?'' Once again, though, a cleverly-made movie.
