Wolff rating: EVIL
Plot summary: Low-budget action/philisophical piece about some neo-Nazi folk in a post-Crash America, where the only hope seems to be from these drug-dealing psychopaths on, yup, in-line skates. After all, it's California, right?
Biased, pithy comments: Although there are some nice visuals in it, the whole movie has this just magically bad kookiness about it that makes, though better than the run-of-the-mill economic downturn world movie, for pretty dull viewing. The acting tends to be flat (except for some of the supporting actors), and the whole thing seems to be a cliche in search of an idiom. Not recommended viewing, even with a caustic audience due to its awkward attempt at being thoughtful.
