Plot summary: The half-seen killer from space is now hunting L.A.
Biased, pithy comments: The spark and flair from the first movie is largely lost, though a few comments on humanity as hunted aren't lost on the audience. There is too much development of an uninteresting side plots (who cares that Glover is in trouble? What difference does it make that the drug lords are slaughtering one another?) and so the viewer gets a little tired, but some of the action sequences are fun, as are infrared cameras and the inevitable evil yuppies.
