Plot summary: Something about an evil bad guy (the Bat) who is trying to steal a mummy's treasure so that he can, um, rule the world or something. Motivation is not a strong point in this one.
Biased, pithy comments: Well, besides the unintelligible dubbed dialog and the wildly-extensive prologue (that consumed half the movie in set-up for the rest of this dog), the title fight between these two was about as dull as you could make a Human Robot vs. Mummy fight.
