Wolff rating: NOT BAD
Plot summary: Two oddball semi-airheads go back to their high school reunion with intent to impress the heck out of their hateful co-roommates.
Biased, pithy comments: When this movie works, it's working well as a collection of strange moments and just desserts, with a smattering of the surreal thrown in. However, there are long stretches that seem to serve as styrofoam bricks that hold those other jokes in place, and as a result the movie is a few guffaws in an otherwise empty field (and at 82 minutes seems long!). Your metaphor may vary, but I thought this one just missed the mark of quirky absurdist good times.
Other Notes: Sequence in the middle, which contains Kudrow looking for her blouse, is perhaps the best in the set, and very nearly worth the price of admission.
