Plot summary: True story of a Nazi profiteer that is forced to decide which Jews live and die.
Biased, pithy comments: A chilling, sobering movie. It is in black-and-white to give it a feel of age and of starkness. The acting is superb and the plot and subject matter fascinating. There are a few criticisms, but they are minor points in comparison to the strength of the whole.
