Plot summary: The kung-fu beasties are off searching for their roots while the Shredder kicks up a street gang to throw the city into terror.
Biased, pithy comments: Released thirty or forty seconds after the first one, this attempt to ride the TMNT fad has almost no entertainment value. The fights are worse choreographed, the script weaker, the Shredder loses his asthmatic appeal, and we're even forced to watch Vanilla Ice performing in the middle of this. Don't see it.
