Plot summary: Strange radioactive reptiles karate their way through this children's adventure movie, while a Darth Vader-clone called Shredder acts as their nemesis.
Biased, pithy comments: Relatively good acting, some great lines, and even a passable concept, but its random plot based on a comic-book idea won't get a non-Turtle-loving viewers going. Too many ideas are taken from ``Star Wars'', including a raspy-voiced half-rat that acts as their Yoda---I mean, er uh, sensei.
