Plot summary: Broken-down public access television station is run by loser who turns the station around with crazy new programming.
Biased, pithy comments: Both of the lead characters are weak, as is Yancovic's girlfriend, but the zany shows and terrible puns make it fun for those who really like movies that have no superego. Random rock video sequence appears to pump up Yancovic's popularity, which was at its peak when this one was made. Watch for Michael Richards previewing his role as Kramer in ``Seinfeld.''
