Wolff rating: EVIL
Plot summary: Colonel Glen Manning is back, not actually killed by falling off the dam and being hit by howitzer fire, and this time he's in Mexico where he's been attacking trucks for food.
Biased, pithy comments: Why? Why did Gordon think we needed more of this pathetic story? Gone is the ham-handed imagery of a heart that wouldn't get any bigger from the first movie (Amazing Colossal Man), and it's replaced by some bad makeup (though slightly better cheesy special effects). Totally forgettable.
