Plot summary: Framed biker appears to be back from the dead and electrifying vacationing college students (including scantily-clad coeds) in a Florida beach town.
Biased, pithy comments: No need to watch this; you can guess what happens. Yup, there are some meaningless, smoky deaths, unrealistic characters, stiff acting from the leads, and some major leaps of faith in the plot. Save your rental money and grab a good horror flick instead of wasting your precious time on earth watching this by-the-numbers non-thriller.
Other Notes: ``Gee, what's this guy with the giant generator attached to his motorcycle? Coud he mean any harm to me? He seems so nice; he couldn't possibly be related to all those murders in the past few days.''
