Interface builders

Although some of the GBS tools mentioned above have interface builders built-in, there is a separate class of objects which focus just on building interfaces. These can be subclassed again into:

• Generic tools like Supercard [Allegiant 1994] and Macromedia Director
  [Macromedia 1998]

• Task-oriented interface builders such as MOBI-D [Puerta 1997] or MODEST [Birnbaum et al. 1998]
